Brevo-Style Form Studio & Embedding

MANZA’s Form Studio lets you build responsive opt-in forms, landing page capture modals, and multi-field survey inputs inspired by Brevo and Systeme.io.

1. Creating a Form in MANZA

1. Open Marketing Suite > Forms (/app/forms).
2. Click "+ Create New Form".
3. Set your internal form title (e.g. SaaS Growth Ebook Opt-in).

2. Field Configuration & Custom CRM Variables

In the visual Form Builder:

• Add default fields: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number (WhatsApp).
• Add custom variables: Company Name, Budget Range, Industry, or any custom fields defined in your workspace.
• Set validation rules:
• Toggle Required on mandatory contact fields.
• Set custom placeholder hints and field labels.
• Enable phone country code formatting for seamless WhatsApp CRM syncing.

3. Post-Submission Actions & Redirection

Under the Submission & Routing tab, select what happens after a visitor submits:

• Show In-line Thank You Message: Display a custom confirmation banner without reloading the page.
• Redirect to Custom URL: Automatically forward the user to a sales page, calendar booking link, or download asset (e.g. https://yourdomain.com/thank-you).

4. Automatic List & Tag Assignment

Each form can automatically organize incoming contacts:

• Assign to Lists: Add contacts directly into static marketing lists (e.g., Newsletter Subscribers, VIP Webinar Leads).
• Apply Tags: Attach categorical tags (e.g., form:ebook-download, intent:high).
• Trigger Automation Sequences: Seamlessly enroll contacts into automated email and WhatsApp nurture sequences upon form submission.

5. Embedding Your Form

You can embed your form using:
